Returns & Exchange Policy
Important: Sale products are not eligible for exchange or return.
Eligibility :
- Sale Tag Orders: Not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchange Fees: Exchange will be charged at ₹120 & only offered for wrong size, color or defective products.
- Returns & Refund : We don't provide returns & refunds.
- Products Below INR 699/-: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Timeline :
- Request for an Exchange : If an incorrect item is delivered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure eligibility for return or exchange. Requests submitted after this period will not qualify for return or exchange.
- Exchange Timeline : 2 days from the delivery date.
First Order Return/Exchange
Your first order is eligible for exchange or return, and you may receive a refund.
Innerwear Policy
Due to the nature of innerwear, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene, protecting the health and safety of our customers.
Exchange Pricing Policy :
- Same Pricing or Above: Exchange is possible only for products of the same price or higher. We don't do exchanges for products priced below the original item.
Returns & refunds are not applicable
Conditions for Exchange :
- Unused Items: Must have intact tags and original packaging.
- Used or Tag-Detached Items: Not eligible for exchanges.
Delivery & Exchange :
- Pickup & Warehouse: Returned product reach our warehouse within 5-7 working days post-pickup.
- Approval/Rejection: Communicated via call/Whatsapp
- Exchange Processing: When returned product is checked by team and verified as per policies then exchanged product will be couriered.
